The temple is a lovely sight during the festivals of Janmashtami (September), Jagannath Rath Yatra (July), and Holi (March) which are celebrated with great joy. Therefore, visiting the temple during the festivals is one of the best things to do. In summers, the temperatures go as high up as 36 degree Celsius which makes it a bit warm. On Sundays, the temple is thronged with several devotees who come from near and far to attend the aarti and offer their prayers. Even though this makes the place crowded, it is actually the best day to visit the temple.
