About Don Bosco Museum:
Before visiting Shillong, I had never heard of this unique cultural museum of Northeast India, popularly known as Don Bosco Museum. A typical image of Shillong in my mind has always been of a place with gorgeous waterfalls, cloud-laden hills and abundant greenery. True to the expectations, it epitomizes nature’s best.
Besides, these galleries display a wide arrangement of expressions, antiques, clothing types, weapons, and painstaking work that exhibit the way of life and culture of different tribes and individuals of Meghalaya. Many tourists are very much interested in knowing the cultural history of the state.
