About Eco Park:

Eco Park is one of the popular tourist attractions of Cherrapunjee from where the visitors can enjoy lovely view of the ‘Green Canyons’ of Cherapunji along with the waterfalls that are located nearby. The eco park also has a crystal clear water stream in its boundaries.

Eco Park was established in the year 2004 by the Meghalaya Government to facilitate tourists to enjoy the ‘Green Canyons’ of Sohra as well as the waterfalls that lie around it. The park is home to several hybrid and indigenous orchids in the Green House donated by Shillong Agri-Horticultural Society. The Eco Park located in Cherrapunjee of the East Khasi Hills district, Meghalaya has been designed by the Meghalaya government to facilitate tourist to enjoy the ‘Green Canyons” in the region as well as the waterfalls that lie around it.
