Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple popularly known as Komrelly Mallanna Temple is a Hindu temple located on a hill in Komuravelli village of Siddipet district in Telangana state, India. The temple’s presiding deity is Lord Shiva with Golla Kethamma, Goddess Ganga, Medalamma, and Goddess Parvathi. Komuravelli Mallanna Temple timings are from 4:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Medalamma here is called Bramarambika, companion of Lord Shiva.Komaranna from the Yadava community self-punished Lord Shiva and installed the Idol on the hill. The Mallanna Idol is 8 feet and made with clay.
